Our company is solely Australian owned with over 35 years’ experience in the commercial aquatic sector and high-end technology-based water treatment plants and equipment associated with aquatic facilities.
Due to our continued growth in NSW, we are seeking one more Account Manager to join our professional and supportive team. Experience in commercial pool operation will be highly regarded.
Successful applicants will require a Working with Children Check, clear police history check and satisfactory driving record.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the pool water treatment assets of a group of assigned customer sites.
Respond to and follow up inquiries, requests for assistance and quotations from assigned sites.
Attend assigned sites as required and coordinate regular meetings (at site and/or virtual) with site personnel to maintain pool plant asset management plan.
Facilitate and/or produce, maintain, and distribute site specific reports.
Manage communication between assigned sites and Roejen Services
Facilitate training sessions on water chemistry and pool plant operations.
For your assigned sites, manage all equipment upgrades/repairs/replacement jobs to completion. Generally, these jobs will have been quoted by you. This will mean liaising with internal and external parties to ensure all required parts and equipment are ready so the jobs can be scheduled and managed to completion by you.
Successful candidates will have:
High level customer service attributes
Ability to work autonomously but also within a team
Experience in the Water Treatment or Aquatics Industries will be viewed favourably
Current Australian drivers license
Competence in MSOffice - Word, Excel and Outlook
